Listen to the world.
When you are born, you are given one body  that is intended to last your entire lifetime.  Taking extra good care of it is important.  One of the best  methods of self care for the body, mind, and spirit, is yoga.   Yoga doesn't replace your current spiritual path (whether you are religious or not). It supplements it and makes your journey even deeper. It teaches you to listen to your breath, take a moment to feel the beating of your heart, and open your eyes to the glorious world in which we sojourn.
